Good morning.A DuBois woman is headed to trial for criminal homicide and drug delivery resulting in death following a fatal 2024 overdose. Charges were held to court this week against forty-year-old Stacey Lee Miller Ellis. Investigators say forty-seven-year-old Bryan Cieleski died from a lethal mix of fentanyl and methamphetamine. Authorities say Miller Ellis eventually admitted she prepared a wax bag for the victim, mistakenly believing it was meth.In more local court news, a thirty-three-year-old DuBois woman has been sentenced to up to fourteen-and-a-half years in state prison for trafficking methamphetamine. Heather Renee Territo pleaded guilty to seven separate cases. Court documents show Territo sold ounces of meth to undercover state troopers during an extensive bust operation.And the DuBois Area School District is celebrating a major milestone.
